Cook soy chorizo in a pan with a bit of olive oil
Take some leaves off the lettuce and chop them up
On your tortilla add some pinto beans, Spanish rice, soy chorizo, lettuce, corn, and lastly some onions, guacamole (you can find the recipe for our guacamole on our page!), and lastly some onions
Put rice and cinnamon in water for 3 or more hours
Blend everything in a blender
Add desired sugar and vanilla to the water
Strain the blended rice and cinnamon and add it to the water
(To make our coconut horchata, you will simply pour one and a half bottle of coconut water with one-half cup of water instead of just water, it's that easy!)
Cut Jicama, Cucumber, Mango, and Pulparindo Candy into small bite size pieces
Open Tostitos Package and assemble:
First add all the diced fruit along with your Pulparindo candy and Japanese peanuts
Add pickled onions, Chamoy, Valentina, and a squeeze of lime juice
Limonada
Ingredients:
1 Cup of freshly squeezed lime juice (8-10 limes)
1 cup of sugar
5 cups of water
Steps:
Squeeze lime juice (1 cup)
Put 1 cup of sugar and water in a saucepan and stir just until sugar is fully dissolved (This will take about 3 minutes on low heat)
In a pitcher pour the sugar mixture, lime juice, 4 more cups of water, and ice
Garnish with lime slices
